I am an experienced, independent practitioner who was born female, and I have cultivated a thriving practice with the support of dedicated, long-term clients. New clients are asked to review the service descriptions and eligibility requirements carefully before contacting me.
My journey in holistic healing began more than 15 years ago when I became a Tantra yoga teacher. Bodywork later became a central part of my practice, leading me to explore somatic education, therapeutic massage, Ayurveda, breathwork, Lomilomi, and energy-based traditions. Today, I bring these disciplines together through a personal, attentive approach that recognizes each client’s path toward awareness, balance, and embodied connection as unique.

My philosophy is rooted in the understanding that the body carries its own intelligence and that meaningful personal exploration arises when body, mind, breath, and consciousness are approached as an interconnected whole.
Over more than 15 years, my training progressed from Tantra and yoga into therapeutic and somatic bodywork, Ayurveda, conscious breathwork, Lomilomi, and energy-based practices, with each discipline deepening my understanding of presence, vitality, and embodied awareness. Rather than applying a fixed formula, I draw from this integrated foundation to personalize each session.
Clients are offered a spacious, attentive experience grounded in clear communication, ongoing consent, confidentiality, professional boundaries, and time for integration—supporting them as they reconnect with their bodies and explore what feels authentic, empowering, and meaningful to them.
